HEALTH ALTERNATIVES

We all have a story to tell, each equally important. I have learned that every person on this planet has a story - their story! And we MS travelers have a unique and diverse history, each different - yet somehow the same.

I was diagnosed with ALS, or Lou Gehrig's disease as the layman knows it. That was back in November 1993. Since then I have learned that it is more "progressive" MS than ALS. Still a quick dibilitator of the body, mind and spirit.

On the pages to follow, I will touch on several issues, lend some new thoughts, and open myself up to e-mail discussions and or "snail mail".

I have also written a book that you and your friends may find "interesting", enlightening and kind of fun. There is a page on that, too.

Alternatives. Do we as MS people have any? Yes! Here are some of my thoughts, things I have used, checked into, etc. Starting with the following few ideas
