We'd like to see the mahogany sample to be sure it's not too red for our chairs--if you could also send a sample of the closest to mahogany finish but less red than your mahogany sample, that would probably save time in the unlikely event that the mahogany finish is too red for the chairs.
Could you please check to see what the charge would be for delivery including set-up in our home?

Thank you for the quick shipping, I received the shipment on 7/5/06 in time for my husbands birthday. However, both of the chairs are slightly damaged. How should we handle this? If you need pictures of the damage I can e-mail them to you. Please let me know how to handle this. By the way my husband loved his present! The stools were just delivered. Weather held them up, according to Fedex. Anyway, the stools are beautiful! Very, very nice! The color is fine, a little on the dark side and somewhere in the middle of the two dark oak samples. But, that's fine and I knew that might be the case so I'm not complaining at all.
I'm very happy. If I ever have a chance, I'll refer others to your website. Thank you for your help!

1/4/06 I want to thank you for your quick and kind response to my inquiry. The levelers arrived just a day or two later, and are installed with the result that the stools are quite like new. I also now have several replacements. My wife and I (and a couple of neighbors for that matter) are very impressed. I will certainly remember this experience, in a good way for once, in the future and will remember Teena products for our future needs and those of our friends and family.
