Probably the best customer service I've had in 24 months, and I do a lot of shopping online. Very satisfied with product choices, the pictures matched the products very nicely. I thought you might like to see the shelf in it's new home. The pictures are a bit cluttered and, unfortunately, a bit blurry in places. I guess I was trying to hurry too fast. But hopefully you can get the idea of how it looks. Please give my thanks to Pam for all of her help in describing the shelf and getting the dimensions for me so I could make sure I ordered a stemware rack that would fit inside the shelf. I was in a bit of a dilemma after recently purchasing the wine cooler since my previous wine rack also had a stemware rack and a couple of other shelves. This really helps keep my wine glasses, etc, handy and it looks beautiful.
