I wanted to let you know that I had been looking for a table/lamp combo for several months and could not find just the right one until I decided to google "table/lamp combo" on the internet. Found your web site and the exact one we were looking for (light oak table/lamp combo). I was very reluctant to order "online"; however, it looked like the perfect fit for the little area I had to work with. Jim Haverlock and 1shop4u have given new meaning to my definition of customer service. Not only did Jim respond immediately when I had a problem with my order, but he then pursued the problem until I was satisfied with the results and then he pursued ME (rather than the opposite- which has been my experience with just about any other customer service experience) until we had discussed the details about how the situation would be fixed. Along the way, Jim expressed empathy for me in having to deal with the inconvenience of having to have items replaced and, upon hearing of an emergency room visit I had to make with one of my children, remembered to ask me how she was doing in our next conversation. Good luck even finding a warm body to speak with in customer service anywhere else- much less a sympathetic one! I would encourage anyone to do business with Jim Haverlock and 1shop4u. With customer service such as he provides, you can't help but be completely satisfied with your experience!

search-ease: somewhat . . . it was a little confusing to determine if I could order custom made height stools.
1) one of the stools was not completely lacquered
2) the color of seat fabric didn't match swatch.

Originally I ordered one stool just to make sure it was what we eanted, but when I ordered five more they did not match the first one! They were built almost as nice, but the first one was much heavier and actually a little stronger. Will Recommend.

As noted, there was a dearth of information in the description of the item, so I had no way of knowing what the quality would be. I was very pleased then, and pleasantly surprised, at the high quality of the sheepskin chair seat cover that I purchased from you as a gift for my sister. I especially liked that it had no discernible odors, something that is very important to both me and my sister; we suffer from chemical sensitivity, and so many things today are tainted with perfumes and other chemicals. My sister plans to purchase another one to use in her car - she is using this one for her kitchen chair.
