Excellent customer service, they made sure I had the order in time for a Christmas delivery as it was a gift for my husband. They always answered my emails promptly and when I had a problem with my order they very quickly corrected it.

I believe it was the delivery co. which you chose which caused you and the customer (us) a bit of a problem. Your date of arrival was weeks sooner (early December) than what they had in mind-Dec. 23rd) and I had guests coming on the 17th. You worked hard to meet what you had originally told me would be the arrival date and although you tried and got Craftique to get it to L.A., the L.A. carrier could not get it to us until the day before our guests arrived. This made things on our end rather tense for a few days as we did not know if we would have a bed for the weary travelers. 1Shop and the freight carrier most likely needed to agree on a mutually agreeable date before the guarantee to the consumer took place during the order call. I would use your site again because you have classic, lovely furniture which is well made AND MADE IN AMERICA (this idea is returning in popularity) and can be handed down to the next generation of family members. We are very pleased with the item's quality.
