If you are not delighted with your SnugFleece products within 30 days, please call us for a return authorization number, then return it via insured parcel post or UPS for a courteous *refund, credit or exchange. Products returned without prior authorization will not be considered. All items must be returned in new condition, to place of purchase, with all original packaging and proof of purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Abused merchandise will not be considered.

* Our policy is to replace with the same merchandise that was returned. SnugFleece Woolens reserves the option to replace, repair, deny return, or issue a credit for any merchandise. Returns for credit may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. For credit to be given, the item must be suitable for resale.
