GMX Model 8000 Limited Warranty Statement
GMX international warrants to the original purchaser only, that each GMX Int'l unit shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the LIFETIME of the product. Should any such defects arise, the product will be replaced or repaired without charge by GMX Int'l promptly upon the return of the defective product to GMX Int'l.

The warranty obligations of GMX Int'l and the original purchaser's sole remedy shall be limited to repair or replacement of the product only. GMX Int'l shall not be liable or responsible under any circumstances or in any amount for consequential or incidental damages or for injury or damages to persons or property using or used with or in connection with the product, or for loss of profits or other costs or expenses of any kind or character.

This warranty applies only during normal use and care and is absolutely void if the product is misused, neglected, damaged, altered or repaired by someone other than GMX Int'l.

There are no warranties or representations by GMX int'l other than as set forth above, either expressed or implied and no person, firm or corporation is authorized to make any representation or incur any obligation in the name of or on behalf of GMX Int'l except as state above. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.

Your satisfaction with the GMX INTERNATIONAL Units are unconditioally guaranteed pursuant to the following terms. The GMX INTERNATIONAL Units must be installed and used for a period of 90 days. If within 30 days after the 90 day period the GMX Units have not performed to your satisfaction, call 1-866-201-2317 to obtain shipping instructions. Simply return the undamaged units in their original packages with all original paperwork to 1Shop4u, Inc. along with a copy of your sales receipt. Your refund will be processed by 1Shop4u, Inc. for a full refund minus shipping and handling costs.
